    we regularly give away dms on this account so I'll just explain the process and clarify what dms are :)

    What is a solo dm?
    a solo dm is basically a group dm with yourself and a certain account, usually a celebrity. They are originally created by somebody who is followed by said celebrity and they mean you can send them dms even If they do not follow you

    how can I win one?
    we regularly do dm giveaway tweets (example) where you can win a dm with certain celebrities. there are also many accounts that are dedicated to giving away dms which you can find if you search things such as 'dm giveaway' on twitter.

    how can I be tagged in a giveaway?
    we often give away dms of celebs that follow us so sometimes tag our own accounts, however we welcome donations of dms and will always tag you in giveaways in exchange for you donating any dms for us to giveaway to our followers

    we would just like to stress* having a dm with somebody does not guarantee a notice and we will never claim it does. a dm gives a slightly higher chance of being noticed, however we find that many people like having dms with a celebrity so that they have the ability to dm them regardless of wanting a notice or not.

    with that being said, it is completely up to you whether you take part in any dm giveaways or not but we would like to once again stress, by giving away a dm we are in no way saying you will get a notice from whoever the dm is with

    CAN YOU RETWEET MY RETWEET DEAL?
    As much as we love helping you all, we don’t retweet merch (or retweet) deals because we get so many people asking us to it would be unreasonable for us to retweet all of them and also unfair to retweet some but not others. you can find our promo tweets here where you can share your deals, and we'll retweet the thread occasionally.

    BUT LOUIS HAS HIS DMS OPEN?
    As you guys have probably noticed Louis has his dms open meaning that when you dm him the messages go to 'message requests' however with a solo dm they'll be in his actual dms and he'll be more likely to see it.

    Louis has group dms turned off which is why he can't be added to new dms. Group dms with Louis cannot be created anymore and those that do exist are more difficult to find which is why when we do have any, we typically save them for bigger giveaways.

    CAN I HAVE A SHOUTOUT?
    just like with retweet deals we get so many people asking we can't get to everybody without spamming our followers and when we do one shoutout that leads even more people to asking so we're bound to miss somebody out. sometimes we randomly give shoutouts but we regularly do shoutout hours so keep an eye out for those :)
